Hey let me first off by start saying as soon s I got out the car I was greeted by Junior and I noticed that had the exact vehicle waiting on me to view. I was taken away by the awesome Customer Service in the genuineness of wanting to really help someone get into a vehicle that I loved. They explained everything to me step-by-step, and the whole process of the vehicle that I was interested in although I did not leave out a lot with the vehicle of interest they help me get into a vehicle that help me out. I can’t express how much I am thankful for the help of Junior and the staff at Baha auto in Palos Hills. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to go to a place where there will accommodate you and work with you no matter what you have going on your credit or finances.

From the moment I sent in a form to request more  information on a vehicle, I was immediately helped. Karla reached out to me, and helped with the initial pre approval. Then I made a appt the next day, and Sam, helped me find the perfect SUV for my family. After I found the perfect car, Nas and Raed helped me get approved. I signed paperwork, that Stephanie had all ready for me, which was quick and effortless. Thank you all, for your dedication and kindness. Thats why my loyalty is 10 years STRONG! My sale person was Rami he was super nice and friendly to me and my family. I came in two weeks before Christmas in need of a car. I was undecided if I wanted to buy a car out right or get a car note. Rami was very patient with me and allowed me to have 24 hours to decide.
