This is a complete home gym will work out your upper and lower body, I paid $3,200 for it, it has everything that you would need, the reason why I am selling it is because I had my 3rd back surgery which the doctor put in screws in my back and told me that my weight lifting days are over. I will sell it for half of what I paid for it, I'm just trying to get it out of my garage now. I just lower the price, just want to get it out of my garage. the new price is $600
