81 Pace Aarow 24ft MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER

We're selling our 1981 Pace Arrow 454Chevy engine W/ Duel exhaust glass packs. Looking for something different or a possible trade for an SUV or truck. In great condition it runs and drives just needs emissions hasn't been registered in a while free and clear title and it RUNS.. 13k original miles, new tires with nitrogen in them. Perfect for a couple or single individual. bedroom a bathroom with a working toilet and shower full functional little mini kitchen with propane stove and burner along with a propane heater that works refrigerator with freezer the carpet is old but it's not in bad shape, just installed a country sink, cabinets and lot of cabinet space. New fuel pump, generator works just needs a new fuel line for the gen. Brand new house batteries and Chastity battery. Also have a solar panel which works. Looking for a trade or sell. Headlights work brake lights work so do the signals. NO CHECK ENGINE light, the brake light for the emergency brake stays on other than that everything works. As you can see in the pictures the lights work inside very well. Im asking $2800.00 with new wood stain and pet stain resistant flooring or starting at $2500.00 with out wood flooring.. most RVs here don't have a title you have to apply for an abandoned one, we have a free and clear title it's a running RV that is livable and you can get it on the road. PS... My partner is a diesel and gas mechanic so everything's been well maintained the previous owners took good care of it they drove it for a while it but then it parked and sat for several years and then we purchased it.
