Description

Rare Ibanez Firebird late 70s Lawsuit era guitar. All mahogany body and bolt-on neck. Viola tailpiece. Original "Star" tuners. Player grade, has plenty of small dings and has seen some mods: neck sanded so it's super fast, pickups had been swapped to humbuckers but I restored it back to hot Firebird pickups (nickel covers, D'Urbano magnetics brand pickups, Australian custom winder, Reverb handle "Mr Fabulous Guitars"), and I had a refret done a couple years ago. Lives in a plush Epiphone hardshell case (purchased new) and I have the original, flimsy thin hard case as well. These vintage Ibanez guitars are beautiful and more hits were recorded with them than you may expect given that they were copies. There was a reason Gibson got all litigious over these, they changed the game. Price is firm, not interested in trades, Venmo preferred. Thanks
