Description

My son and I ride this scooter around Seaside together and I went into Target for literally 2 minutes to grab something I had left and a guy stole this scooter from just inside the sliding door. He was a guy about 5'7", aprox 30 years old and 150 lbs. His buddy was riding a trike. Not a lot of those around so I bet someone on here knows who that is. Two officers watched the security video and confirmed that it was one of the two guys with the trike that stole the scooter. Please help!
