This was truly a 5 star experience with Liberty Buick. My salesman was Patrick and he went beyond and above with the service he provided. I bought a used 2018 Regal TourX Wagon. He showed the flaws. Didn’t try to hide anything at all. I came from Houston, Texas.

Once we arrived he had the car parked in front of the dealership and had everything ready to go. Paperwork went smoothly. Alex in finances was also amazing. Absolutely have no complaints went it came to this purchase.

I had an amazing car buying experience thanks to the incredible team at Liberty Buick. Dave was absolutely fantastic—extremely helpful, genuinely hilarious, and made the entire process feel more like catching up with family than making a big purchase. His energy and personality made what can often be a stressful experience completely enjoyable. Simon was also wonderful—reassuring, knowledgeable, and supportive. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Saw a vehicle on line and inquired if it was still available.  Tom called me in about 5 minutes to advise it was. Told him I could be there in about 30 to 40 minutes. He said great I will pull it ip front and see you then. He had AC on so it was comfortable to take for a ride when we arrived.  No hard  sales just nice conversation and high points of the vehicle but let us both enjoy the test drive. Finance approval was smooth and everything thoroughly completed. They provided an introduction to the vehicle features so I know how everything works, paired  my personal and work phone to the vehicle. Best experience purchasing car I have ever experienced.

I had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used car at Liberty buick recently. Simon answered all of my questions and treated me with kindness and respect. I bought a 2006 buick lacrosse CXL and it's such a beautiful car. They cleaned it beautifully for me. The F.I. guy did a great job and made short work of the paperwork. Ed Trueblood is a fantastic service manager, and Robert is my customer advocate and a great guy. He is very helpful and kind. Liberty covers all the bases for their customers and goes above and beyond for them.
