Description

There are no instructions so I really don't have any idea how to test this. I put (3) "C" and (1) 9volt battery in it, and when the switch on the back is set to "PRO(gram)" it does nothing. When I flip the switch to "RUN", whatever of the 3 direction buttons I press the rear wheels turn, and the front wheels attempt to turn left or right, but the turn is weak and needs a tap on the wheels to make them turn, which they stay in until I let off the button then the front wheels return to center position. I don't know if it works 100%, I don't know how to use the program function. It appears to be in good physical condition with some wear to the battery compartment as shown, but nothing is broken or missing. Box has wear as shown.
