Description

Hello everyone, up for sale is a very nice '72 C20 pickup, I know some of yall look at this truck like "wow what a piece of crap rust bucket" haha but it's 50 years old, I am the second owner! I bought this truck from the man that bought it off of the lot brand new back in '71. I have receipts of all of the maintenance I've done to it since I first bought it a year ago, ive replaced: Alternator Trans cooling lines Heater Core Battery Fuel Filter Thermostat housing/Thermostat Radiator Hose Engine belt Starter Lights Some wiring Glove box Radiator Headlights The truck sounds amazing at idle and driving. Single cab long bed. Runs and drives great! I bought Brake fluid but I havnt put any in yet, the pedal goes pretty far down close to the floor, it currently doesn't have much Brake pressure, probably just need to bleed the brakes. I've never had an issue with this truck, it's always been reliable, starts right up first try everytime. It's got 147k miles, there is some rust in the bed of the truck, and minor rust around the body. The frame is very strong and dependable. It's got 2 fuel tanks but I only use the 1 because the other has a small hole in it, a brand new one cost about $350. Pretty affordable if you want the luxury. My goal was to keep this truck running forever and restore it in the process but my dream truck is a '58 chevy apache, so im doing what I can to get one of them to restore. Message me for any questions you may have, im not greedy, I will work with you on the price, I bought it for $2,500 and stuck about $1,400 into it total. So the lowest ill go is probably $4,000 Seeing how most of yall don't take the time to fully read the whole post I've written, im selling for $4,800 so that's what I'm sticking with for now, I was asking $5,400 which is a super GOOD DEAL seeing how this is a truck, with low miles, and being a 50 year old classic patina truck.
