West Elm Modular Sofa / Sectional

Have new plans for our basement space and it's time to offload our West Elm sectional sofa, upholstered in a very neutral sage green fabric. The sofa is three separate sections and you could take out the middle piece and have a love seat and separate chair if you wanted. Overall the sofa is in good condition. There are some small stains that would come out with a little cleaner I'm sure, but we don't feel it's necessary as there are no glaring issues and the couch looks pretty good as is. It's not perfect which is why it's priced at $250 and not $750+. Definitely a steal at that price. Be sure to note the metal legs adding a modern touch.
