Remember back in the day ... when they used to make cookware to last a lifetime? Well this is one of those things. This was my mom's pressure cooker, which she handed down to me in perfect condition. I now realize I'm under enough pressure as it is, not to mention I don't have a place in my tiny kitchen for it. This seems to be from 1951, based on the cookbook of delicious recipes that came with the cooker when my mom got the thing. Hey look - we're all under pressure. Why not put your food under some too?
