Woven Mixtec Legendary Warrior "Archer of the Sun" Mexican Blanket Awesome piece of decor! Measures 91" x 81". Hand made of an acrylic cotton polyester blend. Hence it is machine washable. Works great as a throw, wall hanging, or bedspread. Will fit a queen size bed. Imagery reflects the legend of the Archer of the Sun from Mixtecan oral traditions. Often linked to Dzahuindanda, a hero born from trees who shot arrows at the sun to claim land for his people. In response the sun retaliated with its rays.
