The dealership required me to have the vehicle I was purchasing insured before I could purchase it. I had come in from out of the area and it was after 5pm so my insurance provider was closed. They didn’t accept my proof of current insurance. They set me up with a broker that charged a non-refundable $327 fee (that wasn’t explained to me) and when I canceled the policy a couple days later I had to pay a cancellation fee. So in order to take the vehicle off the lot and for a couple of days of insurance I had to pay over $400. Looking back it was probably a symbiotic arrangement. Another complaint is that the manager of sales didn’t know how to read the CARFAX and I had to explain it to him. WOW. I like my vehicle but unprofessional service. I wouldn’t recommend or go back in the future.

We were happy with the customer service. Pleasant people to work with. Our daughter loves the Jeep!
