Practically new. ... I don’t have any friends so no one comes and sits on it lol. Faux leather futon with adjustable edges. Back rests adjust individually as well. Gotta come pick it up mannnn my bad . Minor scratches on side see pics. But they give it a more homey feel. If it was in perfect condition that’d be a lil sus amiright ??? Bought from Costco 400. If it’s up it’s available. Low ball ignored. If you were selling something you would be annoyed by low balls. Soooo…. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
