Vintage 1990’s Royal Purple (True Eggplant) Plush Velvet Jacquard Damask Sofa, a true rare gem! This sofa is definitely a Statement Piece! It is a true purple (no red or brown undertones), not a primary color, it’s deep rich purple, the pictures do not do it justice. This has a very 90’s subtle plush swirl pattern, and exaggerated rolled barrel arms, and a handsome tailored skirt around the bottom. Cozy quality cloud-like comfort… you become one with the sofa once you sit in it! The sofa is solid wood structure, super sturdy and in excellent, very clean, like new condition from a smoke free cat free home, I do have a mini non-shed pup. ***Perfect for Bohemian-chic, Eclectic, Vintage 90’s pop, Witch-cottage, dark and moody Boudoir-chic.*** I spent years searching for this exact purple sofa to match my witchy cottage vibe dream. My mother had this exact sofa when I was a teen and I always loved it. I was over the moon 🌙 with joy when I finally found it and in like new condition. It literally looked brand new. It was in a nice elderly gal’s “look but don’t touch” unused parlor room. The cushions are firm and full (like new) yet very “fall into me” comfy. The seat cushions are extra deep and I have 6 matching throw pillows that I never used I had them stored in plastic. Unfortunately, our family’s needs have changed and I need more seating to accommodate all the teens constantly in my house. I am afraid they may destroy this needle in a haystack sofa, so I’d rather see it be preserved and cherished. So now I get a boring sectional 😔 Does not come with purple floral ottoman. That matches a vintage 90’s floral purple peacock back tufted recliner I currently have in my room, which I am contemplating selling as well.
