This couch is very comfortable. It is is great shape other than it could use a steam clean . No stains or rips. There is a section on the back that the wood seemed to have broke( picture included). It was like that when we bought it. The chase lounge can connect to the side of the couch where there is no arm and comes apart to re configure. This makes for a great large family couch to all sit comfortably together. We are moving to a Smaller house so we need to downsize. Must pick up and have a trailer or might need to make 2 trips with a truck. Thank you. Chase 42 wide , 65 long 40 in deep 8ft long( 2 seat area) 118 in long ( 3 seat area) 30.5 in high
