New sofa from Living Spaces brand name ‘Sheldon’. Bought for game room - but moved to garage where it has sat since... never really ‘used’ but has been sat on for short periods of time. Small area on top section where fabric rubbed against wall when moving it - cleaned the best we could. (See photos) We do have dogs in the house so can’t guarantee it’s pet free. Smoke free household. Pick up only. Last photo has dimensions from Living Spaces...retailed for $595 plus tax asking $400
