Champion 3500/4000W Digital Hybrid Generator w/ wireless key fob Purchased through Walmart in April of ‘21 to replace a generator used to power my camper van. Unfortunately, I seemed to have some trouble with it running my AC as it kept shutting down. I think the “hybrid” nature of it made undersized for my setup and it would shut down. I was going to try to exchange it but the rigamarole I had to go through with Champion was more than I had time for and figured I’d let it go here instead. I noticed a small oil leak and champion sent me a piece to attempt to fix it myself, but I haven’t gotten to it. It’s been sitting for awhile but the battery is good it starts with the remote. I broke in the engine and replaced the oil and then tried to get it to run my camper, so maybe 7 hours on it? Paid $593 shipped.
