ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! I bought a car off their lot at 4:30 drove it home (not even a 25m drive) and through the drive home the check engine light came on AND the battery light came on I barely made it to my destination FRESH OFF THE LOT!! I call them and they’re saying they are not willing to fix but 1 out of the 6 running issues on the car. Not to mention the car won’t even drive anymore and it’s only been like an hour since I bought. This is absolutely atrocious horrible customer service, I took it to get checked and was told they erased the codes to the check engine light so the car APPEREAS to have no issues! THIS IS A SCAM and I will be looking for my money back to void the contract and shop else where I hope no one ever shops with these people again they are awful buisness and sales people completely unprofessional!!

They repo people's cars when they only have a lil small payment left and when they repo the vehicle they charge a repo fee and leave you with a balance left for the initial payment to pay off that's not good business

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Joel’s Auto Sales Inc., and I feel obligated to warn others. Not only did they take my money without delivering on their promises, but their customer service was shockingly bad.

After purchasing a vehicle, I discovered hidden issues that were never disclosed, and when I tried to address the problem, they completely ignored me. Their team was rude, dismissive, and refused to take any responsibility for their actions. It felt like they were more interested in making a quick buck than in treating their customers with respect or fairness.

To make matters worse, they repossessed my car for being just one week behind on payments, even after I clearly communicated that I needed one more week to pay. Instead of working with me, they treated me like a criminal and made an already difficult situation even worse.

On top of that, they charged me for services and repairs that were either never done or done so poorly that the car ended up in worse condition. Every attempt to resolve this has been met with excuses, delays, or outright refusal to help.

Do yourself a favor: stay far away from Joel’s Auto Sales Inc. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and do not deserve anyone’s business.

If you’re considering getting a car from here! DON’T RUNNNNNNN!!!!!! Like run far and I mean far!!!! I would like to share with y’all because maybe I can help someone save a lot of money and make a better choice & actually go with a dealership that care, that is respectful, that is sympathetic & that is willing to fix issues without the hassle! let’s Start at the beginning!!! I put down on a vehicle August 22nd, 2024 specifically the 2014 Ford fusion SE it’s Red, you might see it back on they website or at their car lot. I paid $1400 in total $1000 to put down & $400 for the tag. Let’s move forward, August 29th 2024, I come outside to take my sister to work tire is completely flat I mean bad not fixable at all, now I have to purchase a new tire that’s $40. I don’t remember the other dates but in September I changed 3 tires!!!!!! No Lie 3 TIRES!!!!! 1 was $40, the other one was $50 , the other one was $40 we at $170 With just tires!!!!!!!!! Now this last time that I purchased a tire the tire went flat on the highway coming from the beach I reached out to Joel’s ( THEY CAN SEE TEXT & RESPOND ) his wife is who works at the desk & she literally don’t respond and when she do she’s nasty & rude about it!!!!
- Come to find out the reason I keep having to change my tires is because my “ bolts “ right thats what they told me I changed every bolt on the car that was $150 !!!!!!! $150 for 20 new bolts on each tire.
- Car continue to have tire issues, mind you I reach out the Joel’s but his wife is such a b^%tch!!!! I don’t even wanna deal with them now my mom and her boyfriend is helping me out they have a mechanic look at the tires & whole time it’s a crack in the rim mind y’all I’m constantly telling these people I’m concerned about my tires I think it’s a deeper issue they did the bare minimum to fix it all joels did was replace my bolts for me.
- Now my brakes start squeaking badly….. my mama bf fix my brakes to the best of his ability the whole back brakes was completely gone! Like nothing was left on there that mean they didn’t check the brakes before selling that car WHICH IS WRONG!!! THATS THE BASICS!!!!! Had to purchase front and back brakes literally!!!!! That’s $100 as is & forgot to mention when the towing truck took the car off the highway he charged me $150.
- Everything I’m telling y’all I told them mind y’all I kept them updated with everything I made all my car payments on time and all I have proof of everything!
- Here comes October they call me to ask me about insurance I let them know I will have full coverage insurance within the next month. His wife tell me I need to have full coverage insurance within the next 24 hrs or they gonna take the car. Cool take the car I ain’t trippin.
- Joel’s himself give me a call, wanna know my side of the story and what’s going on he want me to keep the car tell me he see I make my payments on time and etc cool I’m like aight I was already skeptical on keeping it I had already made my mind to give up … now he telling me to keep it and when I got my insurance come get it cool.
- BOOM the same weekend the thermostat went out… the car wouldn’t move at all & it was over heated (October 26, 2024)
- moving forward I got a state minimum insurance on accident they still didn’t accept that so I needed a letter stating I no longer have possession of the car so that I can get my refund from the insurance company. I let them know about all this they let me know they willing to give the letter.
- I give them a call back and let them know “ hey I no longer need the letter I was able to cancel my plan and get a refund it’ll be here within the next 5-7 days. “They proceed to tell me okay that’s fine but we need $200 now from me for what Joel’s fixed which was brakes, thermostat, and he said he changed all tires and rims ( which he got off the other ford in the back ) & told me if I’m not able to pay the 200 they will have to sell the car so I told them sell it! The End💕 it’s probably so much more I missed out on.

WARNING!!! Buyer beware this is the biggest rip off place I've ever been to in my 50 plus years alive. I purchased 5 cars in a 2 month span from them and all of them had to be returned 3 do to engine failure 1 transmission failure the 5th my son repaired at his job then it got totalled oh and all was purchased this year 2024. They don't stand behind there cars the wife Jennifer is beyond rude and disrespectful all payments were made in timely manner. List of cars 2006 Honda pilot, 2007 Honda accord
,2007 Lexus which stayed in there shop for most of the 2 months we had it than decided to give it back and 2 hyundai santa fe in which both engines went bad the 2007 santa fe I didn't have it 24 hours and the engine was no good they put another engine in but I had to pay to have it towed to them smh and recently that same car engine went again and I paid to have it towed and told them to keep it and a week later the 2011 santa fe engine went had car towed home and told them to come get it and it looked them 2 weeks had to threatened them with having a no title junk yard come get. I'm embarrassed to say the amount of money I put into these cars but I will say I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. I know God will get them hopefully before they rip off the wrong person
