I bought an amazing truck from Texas First Auto Finance in Kemah, and even though it had an issues after the sale, the team went above and beyond to help me get everything taken care of. They were upfront, responsive, and truly stood behind their word — which is rare these days. I’m really happy with how they handled everything and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and honest service.

I’ve had some bad car-buying experiences before, but buying my Outlander from Texas 1 was completely different. Jacob, the owner, is super polite, honest, and easy to work with. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. The whole process went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend Texas 1!!!!

I have purchased my 5th vehicle from them over the years, and all of them lasted me until I saw my next "have to have" auto!   I travel a lot and put a lot of highway miles on them, and I have never been left on the side of the road.  They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from and at very competitive prices.  The office personnel is very friendly, and any questions or minor issues I have had with the vehicles following my purchases were taken care of by their great mechanical crew without hesitation!  The (few) people that left bad reviews need to understand that there are risks involved with buying used cars with higher mileage.  This dealer cleans their cars very well prior to lising them for sale to make it easy for the buyer to inspect them and they give you all the tools needed (free car fax) to use your better judgment to purchase their vehicles. I would recommend those who are not familiar with spotting potential issues have a mechanic check the car for them before purchasing one.  You have to remember this dealers personnel have not driven all their vehicles for a very long time prior to listing them for sale.  It's nice to know dealers like this give us opportunities to purchase cars at a much more affordable price than big dealers can offer!

Awesome experience. I was in and out within maybe 30-40 minutes including a test drive. I love the car . Love the transaction process. My credit is lower than low and I needed a car to stay at work. Claudia was very helpful and honest. Very kind and professional. They offer in house financing. If you’re having trouble anywhere else. Give these guys a visit. I promise you’ll leave satisfied if you come prepared to handle business. I drove an hour away and I’d go back if need be.

Huge shoutout to Claudia and Jacob for their top-tier customer service and for going above and beyond during my recent car-buying experience. Supporting local businesses is always important — and these two made it a no-brainer.
I saw an old-school Ford truck on Thursday that I had to have for fishing trips. Called Claudia and told her I’d be there 10:03 AM sharp Friday morning (missed it Thursday due to a run to Westheimer). True to my word, I showed up around 10:15 and was greeted like family.
I had a noon meeting in Humble, so I couldn’t stay long, but I told them I was coming back for my truck. While driving, I texted Claudia my info so she could get the paperwork started. When I returned later, I was in and out in 7 minutes flat — no joke. I was shocked at how smooth the process was.
Later that day, I had a small issue after getting the truck home. I called the dealership, and Jacob (the owner) walked me through some steps. Still couldn’t figure it out — but when he found out I lived just 8 minutes away, he drove over himself and fixed the issue personally. Not only that, he took the time to show me what he was doing so I could learn.
As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I had to write this one. This is the kind of unparalleled customer service every car buyer deserves. Support your local dealerships — especially when they treat you like this.
Now excuse me while I crack a cold beer and head out to Fish Creek in my new (old-school) truck. 😎
