I came to the dealership looking to purchase a car I saw they posted online. I've been looking to get one of these for quite sometime now. When I came, one of the salesmen Paul gave a thorough break down of the vehicle repair history, pricing compared to what others are offering, and the overall pros and cons.
And even though I didn't end up buying the vehicle I still very much appreciate how informative Paul was.

I purchased a truck from this seller that was advertised as “RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT, NO ISSUES.” I was told it had been through their standard pre-sale inspection. The day I drove it home, I noticed smoke and a loss of power. When I reached out with my concerns, the seller told me it’s common for pre-EGR diesels to smoke. He then mentioned, after the fact, that the truck had run out of fuel prior to me picking it up  stating that could be why there was power loss. This was never disclosed before the sale. Because of that, I had to replace the fuel filter the very next day. I then asked if I was to get it properly inspected if they would help and he said “sure get it inspected and if they can tell you what exactly I’ll talk to my mechanic and see what they can do.” After having it inspected by a diesel specialist, I found out the truck needs all eight new injectors and a complete front-end rebuild due to extremely worn and loose components. I now have to put over $10,000 + into repairs just to make it safe and drivable. I paid nearly full asking price under the impression it had been properly inspected, but clearly that wasn’t the case. Or if it was none of the issues were disclosed. I reached back out with the inspection results and never received a response. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what I expected when buying from a dealer that promotes safety and inspection standards

An employee was driving one of their vehicles on the highway cutting people off, driving on the shoulder of the road. He almost caused a few accidents. On top of that they had no dealer plate on it to make it legal to even be on the road. I called the dealership and the guy who answered the phone claimed to be the owner. Did not seem concerned about what had happened, and also claimed it was a customer. He was very defensive and didn’t want to accept responsibility. There was only one kid in the car, no salesman. No plates on the car/ illegal. I would not do business with them at all. Seems very sketchy.

this is my 3rd time buying from A&A, And i couldn’t be happier! Alex was very helpful during the whole process, from finding the right car to getting the best price, he helped through it all! He was very honest about the car and took time to explain everything during the buying process. I will happily recommend A&A to anyone who’s looking to buy a car!
