This lamp is an antique Edward Miller Original Juno Lamp The body is quite large with the impressed Juno Lamp, Made in the USA These lamps were manufactured in the late 19th century by the Edward Miller lamp company The shades and the body are in very nice vintage condition without damage some patina /tarnish on brass There is a very large, approx 28 inch circumference milk glass hobnail shade which fits on the attached fitter Great Victorian looking lamp! Edward Miller: The Miller Lamp's patent date is 28 June 1892 An ingenious devise albeit somewhat complicated to manufacture. The ‘barley twist’ shaft is made up of many moving parts which cause the ‘arm’ to rise and fall as the external wheel is turned. This allowed for accurate wick adjustment (thus flame height and brightness) and overcame the problem of the wick 'slipping' whilst in use. (https://offerup.co/faYXKzQFnY?$deeplink_path=/redirect/)
