Back part of part on the couch in the middle folds down.. The 2 seater opens up in the middle for storage.. CLEAN APARTMENT NON CIGARETTE SMOKING.. On the couch the seat that sticks out I have the piece to fix it(Brand new in a box).. 2 seat opens and reclines as well as the recliner opens up and reclines.. $500 LORAIN WESTSIDE!
