It is brand new. I paid$45 a piece for each Chevy and Ford was gona get Jeep but by the time I got back they were gone. This is not a neon lite. Its a led. Back lite sign. The yellow stays behind it and makes it pop. It lolks ok with or without the yellow behind it but u take.the gray cardboard off and set it up. It runs off a 9 volt battery and has a switch however u can wire them other ways like to a shops electrical circuit box and Also hook up the two together so they.go on.one switch. Or u can even make them solar powered!! Please they r brand new and work just fine. L.m.k. if u r interested. THANKS
