A 19-year-old college student, a friend of mine, recently purchased a vehicle from them. Throughout the process, he was repeatedly assured that the car was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and that documentation would follow. That never happened—because the warranty didn’t exist in the first place.

It’s one thing to make a mistake. It’s another to intentionally mislead a young first-time buyer. That’s not just bad business — it’s unethical. Now he's paying for a new transmission that should be covered as promised!

So here’s your heads-up: If you're thinking about doing business with Upgrade Auto Sale, think twice. You may end up writing a review like this one — or worse, dealing with the consequences of false promises and broken trust.
