Youth Football Training

We’re two high school athletes who love the game of football and want to help younger players learn, grow, and build confidence on the field. Our training focuses on three key skill positions: Defensive Back (DB), Wide Receiver (WR), and Running Back (RB). Our sessions are designed for beginner to intermediate players who want to improve their fundamentals, sharpen their skills, and gain a better understanding of the game. We break things down step by step so every athlete can learn at their own pace while still being challenged to get better each time. What we cover: • Fundamentals: Proper stance, footwork, hand placement, and body control. • Position Skills: Route running, catching, ball security, coverage techniques, and tackling form. • Agility & Speed: Drills to build quickness, coordination, and explosiveness. • Football IQ: How to read the field, recognize plays, and make smart decisions. Our coaching style is hands-on and encouraging. We believe in creating a fun, competitive environment where mistakes are part of learning and progress is celebrated. The goal is to build not just better players, but more confident athletes who enjoy the game. Whether you’re new to football or already have some experience, this is a great way to take your skills to the next level and prepare for future success.
