Screen has a chip in the bottom right corner that causes a vertical line and the right and horizontal line on the bottom. However it works perfect with external monitor. Besides that there are no damage anywhere else, cosmetically MacBook looks great, no visible damage, cracks or dents. No water damage or anything like that. Fully functional, no issues of any kind.
