The absolute best used car buying experience I have ever had...hands down! Steven and Andrea are awesome! We arrived 15 min after closing time and they still offered the most friendly, professional service to us. They told us to take our time while we took the truck we were interested in, out for a test drive. Steven took time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to both of us. Not once did my husband or myself feel any kind of sales pressure. Even after we reached a deal on the truck they didn't try to rush us out the door. You just don't see that kind of courteous customer service anymore...especially by the younger generation. We purchased the truck at a really good price and even got an excellent extended warranty at an amazing price. We received everything that was agreed upon and promised to us. I flew in to purchase a 2008 dodge ram 2500 diesel. From our first conversation Steven was up front and honest about all aspects of the vehicle. Simply automotive has nothing to hide, free carfax, additional high resolution pics etc…

When I arrived it was fully detailed/waxed and ready to go. After several test drives I noticed the AC compressor had a slight leak and they replaced it with a new compressor on the spot.

I drove 1,500 miles home and upon arrival noticed the transmission pan had a small leak. I called Steven and without a question he told me to take it to a shop and simply automotive would make it right.
