Description

Front bedroom, full bath. The heat, ac, fridge, microwave and cook stove all work. The slide has a new motor and works. I have patched and repaired the roof for leaks. There is still a small leak in the front corner, which I am working on. I'm kind of in the middle of this project. I have removed the carpet in the main area. I'm just putting some feelers out to see what the interest is. I recently saw the stripped-down frame of this trailer going for $4500. If I get a reasonable offer on it as is, I will take it. You can finish the project or strip it down to use as an equipment trailer or a base for your tiny house project. I'm just trying to decide if I will let it go or finish it up. Thanks for looking.
