I had a great experience with Shamrock Motors!! I came into the store interested in two different vehicles. I was able to work with both Matt and Charlie for getting me all of the information, making sure the test drives were smooth, and finalizing the sale all while making me feel like a priority. No pressure and genuine advice on what to do - especially considering I have never gone through a car buying process before.  Would recommend for others 10/10.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with shamrock motors. I was test driving a car and the check engine light came on they claimed they fixed the issue and replaced needed parts. When I went to drive it again it drove perfectly fine so I bought the car. A few months later, the same problems came back—only worse. After spending thousands of dollars elsewhere to actually fix the car, I discovered that all the engine parts were still original. In other words, they never replaced anything like they said they did. I know I bought the car “AS IS” but all the mechanics I’ve seen said they should have never sold the car in the condition it is. I know I should have bought the warranty, and trust me they basically tried to force it on me, now I know why. Last time I ever buy a car from CT.

When I originally asked for paperwork detailing what they replaced, they flat-out refused and told me, “Well, you don’t need one because I just told you what we changed.” That should have been my red flag to walk away, but as a 23-year-old buying my first car, I was excited and trusted them. Huge mistake.

They basically Mickey-Moused a temporary fix just to make the car seem fine long enough for me to drive off, knowing full well it wouldn’t last. This place is dishonest and will lie straight to your face to make a sale. If you value your time, money, and sanity—go somewhere else.

I had an absolutely seamless transaction with Shamrock. It almost seemed completely effortless.  From test drive to driving away, they handled everything. Being from Mass, they bridged the 2 states to get my vehicle registered and insured. Ryan was clear, honest and extremely helpful. Do I recommend this dealership - YES, will I do business with them again - YES. If you are in the market for a vehicle, give them a look, they have a nice inventory of quality cars, trucks and Suv's.

He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions without any pressure. The customer service here is top-notch, and I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Shamrock Motors—ask for Matt!

Had a great experience buying our new Tahoe from shamrock and all the help from Mike! He made it so simple for me to just come after work and sign my papers and pick up my car next day!  It was beautifully detailed on pickup day too! So happy with their service and the new vehicle, thanks so much !!
