York 4T Split System

What I have here is a brand New York heat pump unit. This is a packaged deal condensor and air handler. I own an hvac company. This is pretty much a brand new unit. The manufactured year is 2022. Unit was purchased last year 06/2024 to install in my hvac lab for my guys to learn. Well due to the fact we were so swapped this year my guys never got a chance to learn on it as they were learning in the field because we had so much work. Therefore the unit has barely ever been used and its brand new condition. All the refrigerant is pumped down to the condensor. Unit comes we the 4T condensing unit and the matching air handler. It also comes with the condensing unit disconnect and the air handler disconnect with fuses. Willing to negotiate but I will not entertain low ball offers. This is a brand new piece of equipment which cost way more then what I am asking. Below is more information on the unit. Low ball offers will be ignored. W: This indicates the manufacturing plant code. 2C: The first two digits represent the year of manufacture. "2C" decodes to the year 2022. 42: The next two digits indicate the week of manufacture. In this case, it's the 42nd week of the year. Therefore, the heat pump was manufactured during the 42nd week of 2022.
