I was a little nervous about buying a car, but everything went super smoothly, which was a huge relief. The best part of the whole day was working with Chris. I had an extremely negative experience with this dealership and strongly advise everyone to stay away. I purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang during Thanksgiving week, and it has been a nightmare ever since.
Before the purchase, I had a video call with the salesman, Eduardo. He showed me the car and mentioned only a "minor paint detail." However, when the car was delivered to my house, it was in a completely different condition than what was shown:
• Several dashboard warning lights were on.
• The headlights were not working.
• There were multiple broken parts and the car was extremely dirty.
• Numerous undisclosed mechanical and cosmetic defects.
I immediately tried to return the vehicle. I even drove 4 hours to the dealership in person to resolve this, but they refused to take the car back, claiming it could only be handled on a Monday—knowing well that I had to return home for work.
Under pressure, I agreed to keep the car only if they fixed the issues. Instead of repairing the defects, they simply cleared the dashboard codes without fixing the underlying problems. They promised a $500 reimbursement for repairs (which doesn't even cover a fraction of the costs), but they never sent the money.
To make matters worse, the salesman promised the license plate would be included. After the sale, they went back on their word and charged me $550 for it. I was forced to pay because my temporary tag was expiring on Dec 25th.
Once they have your money, the communication stops. They omit critical information, fail to keep their promises, and lack any integrity.
Do not trust what they show you on video. Avoid this place at all costs!
