P Kamikoto Japanese Honshu knife set

P Kamikoto Japanese Honshu knife set 160 Selling as a set. Used a handful of times. Too sharp and nice for me. I’m not a chef, this needs to go to someone that knows how to properly use them and cut with them. Soooo sharp! I’ve used them to cut through tuna for sashimi, salmon filets, and other delicate meats where these shine and drop the food off the blade with each cut. They slice through everything like butter. I can literally pinch the handle with my index finger and thumb and easily slice right through meat. I’m not worthy of these! Haha.. Looking for a good home that appreciates and knows how to use them. If you don’t know your metals.. and how serious the steel forming process of these knives is, as well as the types of metals used- these might not be for you. Asking a fair price, won’t be bothered with low ballers. Thanks for looking! ✌️
