Western Chief Kids Tropic Shark Lighted PVC Rain Boots Size 10 These are preowned, but worn only a handful of times before they were outgrown. They are in overall very good condition. The bottoms could use some cleaning, but I believe they will clean up very nicely. There is some scratching On the round silver pieces near the top of the boots as shown in the photos. You really don't notice it though unless you are looking closely at them which wouldn't be happening when they are on the feet. These are light Up and they work as they are supposed to.
