I’ve been bringing my car for service for the past four years—he’s always been amazing. But tonight, my car battery died and I had it towed, only to find out there’s no longer an overnight drop-off. I ended up paying the tow truck twice and now have to arrange another tow for tomorrow morning. I’m extremely disappointed—not only because of the extra expense, but also because I have no way to drop off my car. This is not how service should be run.
