You would buy the hard bound cover then insert each Individual small book by recipe theme. Each book contains 12 sections. Volume One includes Quick Dishes, For The Woman In a Hurry, Casserole Cookbook, French Cookbook,Chocolate, Lunch Box,Italian, Breakfast,Ground Meat,Elegant Desserts,Creole, Children Love, and Gourmet Cook Book. Volume Two includes The Scandinavian Cookbook, Hungarian,Entertaining 6 or 8,Cheese,cooling Dishes,New England,Sunday Night Suppers,German and Viennese,Cooking With Sour Cream,Southern,Low Cal,and Holiday Cookbook. Approximately 240 recipes. So fun to look at recipes your mother or grandmother use to make. In good condition. Bring back memories $10 for both. Located in Gresham.
