As a first-time BMW customer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than the one I had at BMW of Carlsbad! Michael Torres helps us out with a 2017 rubicon. He was great. He Even went to bat for us when we requested new tires as the existing tires on this vehicle were 5 years old and visably cracking. Unfortunately the service manager denied this request which was disappointing as they have a checklist their supposed to complete. Another issue that i just noticed was the air intake filter was not checked ,it had debris and dirt in it ,it looked like it hadn't been changed in 2 years. Come on guys, really?? I know its a used car but these things are basic. And i wonder what else was missed from this 100 and something point inspection. So i have a bad taste in my mouth for the service manager on those items. Oh I want to shout out to Gregory in finace that guy is a miracle maker. My credit was absolute trash and he got me a great rate for my situation and was so happy he made good on his promise.that is an upstanding gentleman. THANK YOU SIR.
I gave four stars because of Gregory and Michael. Otherwise it would be 3 stars because the rubicon was still dirty with waterspots ,the tires and the air filter. Service team needs some work.

Edit : sept 22 I am changing this review due to the lack of communication back from this dealership. After emailing and calling the used car manager as well as my sales rep. Noone has returned my call or answered my questions.When I call I get transfered to nowhere. So now what to do. Send my un answered emails to the Federal trade commision? BBB. The tires on the used Jeep that was sent to me are dry-rotted, cracking, and don't hold air after a week and a half. Look at the size of the water spots. Thats how it was given to me.

I  had the pleasure of working with Demetrio at BMW Carlsbad while searching for a used BMW X3, and I can confidently say it was a top tier experience from start to finish.
When I first arrived at the dealership, I test drove both the BMW X1 and X3, but unfortunately, they didn’t have the exact model, price and mileage I was looking for. Even so, Demetrio was incredibly helpful from the get-go. He didn’t pressure me or try to push any cars I wasn’t interested in, which immediately set him apart from other salespeople I’ve encountered. Instead, he took the time to understand what I really wanted and followed up after my visit in a manner that was both respectful and thoughtful—never pushy, just genuinely helpful.
After my visit to BMW Carlsbad, I decided to explore another dealership, hoping to find the car that checked all my boxes. While the other dealership did have a vehicle that was closer to what I was looking for at a price point that worked for me, the experience was a complete letdown. The salespeople were much more aggressive, and the entire atmosphere just didn’t feel right. It was a night and day difference from what I experienced at BMW Carlsbad.
Realizing I valued the customer service at BMW Carlsbad more than the price alone, I reached out to Demetrio, and he quickly found a car for me that, while slightly above my initial budget, was much newer and in much better condition than anything I had seen. The moment I drove the car, I knew it was the one.
Throughout this process, Demetrio’s communication was fantastic. Even during the week I took to think things over from him sending over info on the car, he made sure to stay in touch by phone and text, answering any lingering questions I had about the car or the process. His knowledge of BMWs was impressive, and I felt like I was getting advice from someone who truly cares about helping me find the right car, not just making a sale.
In the end, I bought the car from BMW Carlsbad, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Demetrio’s customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process, even when I needed time to think things over.

After closing on the car we wanted to pick it up the next day as it was a Sunday evening and the detailing department was closed. When we went to pick up the car the next day he went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly up to our standards. If you're in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend working with Demetrio at BMW Carlsbad. He made a potentially stressful process seamless and enjoyable, and I’m confident you’ll have a great experience, too! 10/10 experience from him!
