Description

This Steamer Wardrobe trunk from the early 1910's in Bangor, ME by J.F. Parkhurst & Sons Co was called the P&S Holds All Wardrobe Trunk, because it did hold all. Drawers on one side and hanger area on the other. Black Leather over Wood, Wood Strips, Brass Hardware. Wardrobe has Leather Straps secured with Snaps, Wood Hangers included. It measures upright 44.5 inches high x 22.5 wide x 21 deep It could be repurposed as mini-bar, closet, or shelves, coffee table . Possibilities are endless. Purchased as a student at Ohio State University 50 years ago...Easy pick up in Marietta, GA 30008 Note: this trunk is over 100 years old - it shows wrinkles and character age marks - but all in all in very good condition. Amazing that the outside is very clean. There is a Rip on the Top when laid on it's side - Could be covered with a Sticker... Previous Owner/ Passenger was E H Bigler, with sticker showing travel to San Francisco and Philippines.. Pick Up Only in Marietta, GA 30008 - north west of Atlanta, GA
