SHORT LIST OF THINGS DONE RESTORATION PROCESS (can provide more info if requested) *ENGINE & DRIVETRAIN- 1900K miles, all fluids, filters, hoses and belts changed. *CV joints- all boots replaced, bearings and seals replaced in hubs, all bearings, star and bearing cage replaced in all, all bearings in upper and lower have been packed and greased to spec. *Brakes: new brake pads and rotars installed and complete break system checked and updated as needed. * TIRES: 4 brand new bigger COOPER STTPRO LT265/75R16 for better stability( original tires wrangler duratrac LT235/85R16) *complete under carriage raptor bed lined for corrosion resistance *new three stage complete paint job with markings inside and out then entire unit sprayed with flat UV protection clear coat. Paint used was spec CARC 343 * windshield weather stripping all replaced *new windshield wiper blades and with new pump and reservoir *wiper and heater switch new * windshield bumper stop and secure rubber catch replaced *new rear stear controll module and rear steering unit and all sensors checked and replaced if needed *all hoses, seals and check valves replaced and or cleaned for CTIS and air lift suspension and sensors checked, cleaned, sealed and replaced as needed *complete electrical inspection cleaned and all electrical connection points sealed with electrical sealant.
