No stains! Near perfect condition. This was in our ADU and only used a few times. Foam seat cushions and back cushions are down. One of the seat cushions has a broken zipper but would be an easy fix. Can’t see it when sitting on the sofa. 110” length x 36” deep x 26” tall Chaise is 64” deep
