I am moving and need the couch gone! Couch was bought brand new last September from Modern Home Furniture in Everett so only been used for a little over a year! I do have a cat so there are some small scratches on the corners of the couch (see pictures) but would be easy to patch and not super noticeable! Can take with or without the ottoman and it also comes with 2 pillows. Couch is 42 x 120 Ottoman is 41 x 35 The covers and cushions are removable and washable! No tears or holes anywhere! Bought brand new for $1,200. Would ideally like $350 but willing to hear your offer so let me know!
