Putting feelers out there. I have a Jayco camper pull trailer with one pop out that I’d be willing to listen to reasonable offers for. It’s about 28’ long, recently repaired and resealed roof that has been proven leak proof (lots of recent rain) newly installed wall board + decorative wood trim. Brand new AC/Heater Unit (valued at 1000 alone). Water pump and all plumbing works like a champ. All electrical works with right sized generator ( needs updated fixtures and a switch for the pop out) otherwise no issues. Interior: Still in process of finishing aesthetically but otherwise ready to haul off to the woods (we already have 3 times in it’s current condition) •Fully loaded kitchen. Sink/ Microwave/ stove top/ oven and a fridge! •Full bathroom. Shower + tub / toilet and sink •Pop out slider that holds a couch •Open floor plan to do what you want… Asking $$$$$$10,000!! Waiting on title from DMV so would be willing to take 8000 and remaining 2000 when title is received signed an notarized so you can swap over title to your name. Will continue to renovate and upgrade which may cause price to increase! Not in a hurry to sell so don’t be surprised if a low ball offer goes unanswered. No I won’t finance.
