I’ve got a pair of 2006 Suzuki df250 outboards. Both have approx 1700 hours. They are 25” shaft. One of them runs flawlessly. The second is non running and is sold as a parts motor. Could be a good candidate for a rebuild? The lower unit is still good as is the tilt and trim unit, etc Twin motors with all harness, binnacle, key switch and Suzuki analog gauges. 10500. If you only want the running engine, no controls included $6500. If you only want the RH rotation standard lower unit from the locked up motor, $2200 Motors will be removed from boat in next day or two for repower. Have video taken yesterday at local freshwater ramp of running engine (idle, shifting to fwd, neutral, reverse) Call me at (239) 878-473six
