1984 Coachman mini Motorhome. Registered and smogged through 2023. 23' long built on a Chevy G30 base. Engine is a beast and runs great. We have updated/upgraded a lot of it. We enjoyed RV camping with it but are getting a travel trailer instead so we are selling this one. Still needs work to restore it to original specs but you can drive and camp with it today. Sleeps 5 or more. Rear wrap-around couch converts to 3/4 size bed. Dinette seating & table converts to twin size bed. Queen size loft bed is over the cab. Large fridge & freezer work great! 4 burner stove and oven. Lots of cabinet space. New: * Curtains and curtain mounts * Toilet with sprayer * 2 x 12V auto-open/close roof vents with fan and rain sensor to auto-close * Newly sealed roof with Elasto-Kool 700 for rain-proofing and also reflecting sunlight to keep it cool * Roof AC cover * 2 x Captain chair covers * RV door tinted window with built-in blind New parts I bought that come with it that I haven't installed yet: * Passenger window crank * Shower valve stems * AC fan * Running lights (for a couple exterior roof lights that are broken) Needs new gasket and bolts for the interior engine cover and a replacement instrument panel. AC needs repair. hot water heater is disconnected. Ready to hit the road today.
