This means your floor holds up to the elements, no matter what Mother Nature throws at it. So pull in your dripping snow blower or pool equipment. Your floor won’t split, crack, warp, or rot. - 50 year rated exterior panels, treated to resist water damage, insects, termites, and rot. Most sheds start to rot from the ground up after a few years. Yours won’t because you chose a shed builder who uses the right materials for the job. - 25 year rated PVC trim. Maintenance-free and naturally insect resistant, your shed’s trim is engineered not to cup, crack, warp, or rot. And it never needs painting. Wooden trim on sheds is usually the first thing to take water damage and fall apart. When you buy a shed from us, you’ll never have that problem. We also offer a 50 year rated trim product if you prefer. - 30 year algae-resistant laminated high-definition architectural shingles. These are the same shingles used to protect the roof systems on high-end homes, designed to keep your valuables dry and safe from the elements for decades. - Screened gable vents are included on all sheds. (Some companies charge extra. We don’t). Having a gable vent on each side of your shed ensures that rising heat can escape, and provides needed air flow for moisture management. They also create an excellent cross-breeze when combined with the windows we offer. - Screened, tempered glass windows can easily be added to your shed (just ask). These are the same style of window found on most homes, with a fixed upper and a screened lower portion that opens and closes. - Custom paint is available, and you can choose your shingle color. The shed pictured is a 6x12 lean-to with a 5 foot wide double door and a storage loft (heavy duty shelf) on the 6 foot wall. Lean-to roofs are available on all sheds from 4x8 up to 6x12. Gable roofs are available on all sheds from 4x8 up to 12x20. Our standard shed has a 6-1/2 foot tall side wall, but we have options for a 7 or even 8 foot tall side wall if you prefer. (Note: this is the height on the low wall. Interior height gets taller as you approach the peak of the roof). Our standard door is a double door with a 4 foot wide opening. We build them ourselves. The left door has a spring bolt on the top and bottom so you can pin it closed. The right door closes over the left door and has a locking T-handle with a key. We also have options for a 5 or even 6 foot wide door depending on what you need. We can also build internal shelves and workbenches, heavy duty ramps, and more. Message me for details.
