Established Sacramento Pool Route For Sale

Established pool company looking to sell route that is out of our new service area. These have been on service for years and are very quick pools. We have stepped out of the Sacramento area though and are only servicing Elk Grove area now. 2x Full Service @ $120/mo 3x Chem/Filter/Brush @ $95/mo 7x Chem/Filter @ $85/mo 1x Chem only @ $65/mo Total = 13 pools @ $1,185/mo There is also more money to be made with repairs, extra chemicals, Filter cleanings, etc. Normally a route sells for 8-10x the monthly amount, but since we have a large existing route in Elk Grove, we would like this route to go fast. So for $5,000 this is a great beginner route or someone that wants to add to their existing route in the area. We will take you on a ride and show you the ropes, if needed.
