22'7" Regal cuddy cabin boat. This boat has a great layout that feels bigger than most 23 foot boats. I absolutely love the layout of this boat, most of the room is outside, with a small cuddy cabin that can sleep 2 very comfortably. All safety equipment is included (fire extinguisher, 6 life jackets, throw cushion, first aid kit, flares). This boat is running and ready to hit the water. A lot of the expensive maintenance items have already been taken care off as described below. I have owned this boat since 2005 and I'm the 3rd owner. I have a huge stack of receipts and documents for this boat from all owners - I even have the owners manual for it. It has an EFI OMC cobra 5.0 for power, and is a fresh water cooled engine connected to a volvo SX outdrive. Also has trim tabs to help get on a plane quickly. The transom is solid with no rot. Some features are - Fresh water tank that feeds the sink up top, and a transom shower in the back. This is great when getting off an island, and you want to rinse off with fresh water. All canvas is included. You can completely enclose the outside area in - great for overnight camping trips or for shielding from the rain. Also a cover for storing. Bimini top also has a cover to keep it tidy while up. The following maintenance items were done at the beginning of this season - Riser and manifolds replaced, oil change, outdrive fluid changed, gimbal bearing changed, raw water pump impeller, shifter cable changed, and both batteries replaced. Also included is an aluminum i-beam trailer purchased in 2005. This year, 1 axle was changed, new kodiak disk brakes with stainless steel calibers, all new lines, surge brake actuator and 2 leaf springs (I will include the other 2 for the other axle). Last year the trailer wire harness was replaced. Every bolt on this trailer I had off was replaced with stainless steel hardware. It has a nice G2 winch which makes it easy to winch on the trailer. Tires are in good shape. This is a very solid trailer.
