I recently had a great experience at a dealership that came highly recommended by a friend. The General Manager, Cody, was the first person I spoke with over the phone, and right from the start, he was super friendly and genuinely helpful. I expressed my interest in finding a safe and reliable vehicle for my daughter, who has just turned 16.

Even though it was a Saturday and the dealership was busy, Cody took the time to gather my information and work on options for me. A few hours later, he got back to me with some numbers, but unfortunately, the payment plan didn’t fit my budget. Instead of leaving me hanging, Cody offered some suggestions for other vehicles that might work better for us, which I appreciated.

Eventually, I found an Infiniti QX30 that I really liked. Cody invited my husband and me to come in for a test drive, and he set us up with Singh, who was equally helpful and answered all of our questions. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward. However, it was 8:00 PM, and we decided we would come back the next day. On Friday, Singh had to leave early, so we were helped by another salesperson, Matt. He was just as helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Overall, my experience at the dealership was very positive. Cody and his team were attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the right car. I’d recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly and supportive car buying experience!

I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent vehicle purchase experience at AutoNation. The process felt incomplete and misleading for several reasons:
• 	I was not informed ahead of time that the car had two active recalls. I only discovered this while signing the final paperwork, which was both frustrating and concerning. Safety-related information should be disclosed transparently and early in the process.
• 	I was assured that your financing offer would beat USAA’s rate. However, I ended up with a 7.9% rate through your financing, while USAA had offered me 6.14%. This discrepancy makes me feel misled and taken advantage of, especially after being told I was getting a better deal.
• 	The salesperson failed to mention that the vehicle came with only one key. Most dealerships provide two keys as a standard courtesy for customer convenience. This omission added to the feeling that important details were being withheld.
Overall, the experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and lacking in honesty. I expected better communication, transparency, and customer care from a dealership of your size and reputation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
Please take this feedback seriously and use it to improve your customer service practices. Others deserve a more respectful and trustworthy buying experience.
