This camper trailer is in great shape! Selling our pop-up we’re no longer using in hopes someone else will get to enjoy it. We don’t currently own a car that can tow it so life circumstances and senior dogs have us needing something else. We have the title in hand, all the keys, and the original manuals / instructions to the trailer and everything in it (water pump, thermostat, fridge, heater, stove, etc) King bed on right, Queen on left, table in the middle folds down for another space to sleep for a total of 6-people. Everything works- Electric, Gas, Fridge, Heater, Stove. The curtains for the bed-ends need fixed since the plastic clips has torn off most of them but shouldn’t be a difficult fix or update. We used binder clips if we wanted the spaces enclosed. (Should be able to see state of curtains in pics.) Large window on the back has some taunt vinyl that needs to be treated gently if zipping/unzipping and eventually should be addressed but not an issue at the moment. Awning has a crack in the plastic where it is mounted to the trailer so that should be fixed before really using. No toilet included- we bought a cassette toilet when we purchased it but it’s not included. There is a grey and white cover as seen in the bag in one of the pics which works wonderfully. There was a roof rack (as seen in one pic) which we removed and are including if you want to remount it. Canvas is is great shape and no real problems to speak of. No leaks! Sets up quick and is easy to work with. Definitely could use your personal touch but it’s ready to go now.
