This Toyota dealership is wonderful! I have been wanting to switch from my Tacoma to a more family friendly vehicle for over a year but couldn’t make a decision. We have bought two Toyotas in the last couple of months as our previous vehicles needed replacement unexpectedly. It was unfortunate that the purchases were so close together, but Caleb made both purchases MUCH easier. My husband got a Tacoma in November. He loves it!! Yesterday we bought a RAV4 for me. I’m very happy. Both Caleb and Kathy (in finance) were personable, professional and very patient. We had a missing DL the first purchase (left at a competitor after a test drive) and an expired license the second…with us it always something! They took it in stride and we are two very happy Toyota drivers now!

I bought my 2017 rav4 se here in summer. It was a used car that was previously in an accident. Dealer was friendly, couldn’t get a lot of negotiation in but given the fact the car had just come in it made sense. They did throw in another spare key that they made.

A couple weeks after getting the car I noticed it was leaking through the hatch. I called them and brought the car in immediately. At first I was very frustrated and felt like I was lied to. However, they kept the car for about 3 weeks and sent it elsewhere to try and get it fixed. They eventually figured out the problem and fixed it and gave me the car back and they covered the entire cost. They also offered me a rental car through this whole process. I was just not old enough to use it.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and I felt like a valued customer and am very thankful the did the right thing with my car.

It's expensive, no doubt about that, but if you're tired of sitting for hours on a terrible plastic chair while your car is being worked on and instead would like to sit at your own table or couch with free coffee that's actually good or want the in-house coffee shop for something more, it won't disappoint.

To be clear, getting service done here won't be for everyone. It's a bit like flying first class. It's more than a bit frivolous but if you're willing to pay, you won't be disappointed.
