I didn't buy a car because I was inquiring about one. I really appreciated the way Michael Davis handles his business. As a salesman he seems to truly value the satisfaction of a customer. He made sure I knew what was wrong with the vehicle and wanted to make sure I wasn't getting in over my head with a purchase. He was able to answer all of my questions about the procedure of financing since I'm self employed. He was really looking out having my best interest in mind first rather then pushing an easy sale across the table. I appreciate his genuine attention to making sure that I have all the information needed to make a final decision without regrets. He also reminded me of what I would eventually have to do with the car if I choose to proceed. He not only had my best interest in mind prior to a sale but also afterwords if I did choose to proceed. I just want to say thanks to Michael Davis for being a honest salesman and looking out for a customer.

Great communication from the moment that I made the first contact. I never felt rushed but also felt like Mark treated me like a friend. My time at the dealership was very pleasant and I had a really smooth buying process. I felt like I got a great deal! Mark and the rest of the team were outstanding!

Yesterday, I was able to find my son a 2001 Audi with low miles. It was about two hours away, so we decided to drive out and take a look. The sales process was easy. I worked with Mark, who was absolutely no-pressure and easy to work with. Negotiations were fair and honorable.

Even after signing the paperwork and getting out the door, we experienced an issue about an hour after purchase. Not with the car itself, just due to inexperience with Audis. Without hesitation, they sent a mechanic out to take a look, and everything turned out to be just fine.

I'm very happy with the purchase and very happy with the process. I'm sure I'll be back when my daughter comes of age to find a quality vehicle at a fair and honest price.

Most importantly I was never hassled and never asked to write this review.

charlie was amazing to work with , the entire team at Mudarri was very nice and helpfull. they got me into the truck i wanted no hassle and no rush. didnt feel pressured like most places. they sold me a great truck and got me  a very good loan. happy with my 2019 ram 3500

First come first serve basis which I get when cars are being sold but Glen could have communicated with me better on a deal that was happening. He mentioned since I was the first one to call and be interested they would work with me and even after submitting my application I didn't get a call back and I called them only to be told they will call me back again. Opened the listing the next morning and no surprise it was sold. Ultimately yes it's my fault for not jumping on this days prior but seriously lack of communication just to close another deal gets under my skin. On to the next one.
